Problem Note 40450: The error "No SAS/ACCESS Interface products licensed" occurs when you execute the DBLOAD procedure
In SAS® 9.2 and later, when you execute the DBLOAD procedure with one SAS/ACCESS® product licensed, the job runs and the following warning message appears:
WARNING: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE product with which the
procedure is associated will be expiring soon, and is currently in
warning mode to indicate this upcoming expiration. Most typically
this warning period runs for 45 days. Please run PROC SETINIT to
obtain more information on your warning period.
If you immediately run another set of PROC DBLOAD code, the job ends and this error message appears:
ERROR: No SAS/ACCESS Interface products licensed.
If you have more than one SAS/ACCESS product licensed, the second iteration of the job executes without an error or a warning.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When you run the DBLOAD procedure, you might receive an error message that says you have no SAS/ACCESS products licensed even though you are still in your Warning period.
